  First time eating here. The food was incredible, and the servers were very nice. Only challenge was having to continuously ask for a refill on our beverages (Ice Tea).

  I've been to restaurant row's Ruth Chris' a few times before so I have a good comparison. Be careful of their holiday staff because you might be ignored, but in a nice way, like my family was.
  We had reservations and when the hostess went to seat us it turned out that the table wasn't ready. So that set the tone. The theme that night was miscommunication.
  We waited for double the amount of time it would take to get our appetizers, which surprised our waitress. The man that set out our food (he never gave his name) didn't really seem to care to be there. I think when you order a salad and you wish to split it with someone then they did that for you but we had to ask for extra plates and split them ourselves. My mom asked for bread when we asked for extra plates because they hadn't given us any before our appetizers. We never got the bread. We had to ask for a fork because he took all of my brother's forks away when he cleared the salad plates but he left the empty appetizer bowls for our waitress to clean up. When he gave us our food he barely said anything and our waitress appeared before we even began eating and asked us how it was. When he cleaned up our plates he didn't even ask if we wanted anything boxed.
  I felt a little bad for our waitress since the person who she was partnered with didn't want to be there so it reflected badly on her. Although she was barely at our table as well except to take orders and quickly refill our drinks.
  So unless you're in a large party, celebrating something, or a couple then you might be ignored.
  
  On a side note, the food was excellent especially the cremini mushrooms however they skimped a little on the potato au gratin.

  Wow! Just wow!!! What an amazing dining experience. So good in fact we had to go back again. Thank you to everyone at Ruths Chris for making our honeymoon special. Especially would like to thank Hui our waitress for the extra little things such as rose petals on our table and a delightful strawberry dessert because we were celebrating our honeymoon. Compliments to the chefs for the best steak and lamb we have ever experienced, and food that put us in the mood for love....if that isn't a compliment I don't know what is! We will be recommending this as a "must do" to anyone visiting Waikiki. What a place to celebrate life and love with great food!!!!!
