  It is a sad imitation of a business lounge. The whole point would be to stand out, give more. Instead they just toss free coffee at you while the attendant explains. "I am alone.. i cant clean up after all the people here. Thats why we dont serve food. Cause people make a mess." Checked our emails and left the place for a starbucks... that comment alone should terrify a hawaiian airline executive. btw paid 500 usd for a round trip interisland. Which is two 40 minute flight heavily subsidized by the government and also the price equivalent of a New York-Paris round trip on economy class. Maybe they should put a little more emphasis on their selection and offer.
  Plus the whole lounge is dirty. The wood panelled walls collect dust and they were not cleaned in the last 3-4 months for sure... same goes for the carpet. Its an economy class lounge. Lol.

  Just a little crowded now days, lots of people are status flyers now. You cannot bring outside food or drinks into the lounge. You can get coffee, tea, water and soft drinks free here.
