- 5 / 5By Chloe LeOMG I'm in love! This is our go to place for Ramen. Let's start with the appetizers. The chicken karaage is just balling out if control with flavour. I love that they use the juicy dark meat and you can tell it's been marinated well. The breading is so light and so flavourful. The gyoza is crunchy on one side and soft on the other. One of my favourits. The Tori Nanban was amazing and delicious. The Iidako was seasoned and breaded very well. Paired with the volcano aioli sauce it's a must get!
My favourite Ramen is the spicy tomkotsu. I can't get enough of it. I love that I can control the spice level. I just love the flavouring and crave it. The noodles are thin and firm with a good texture. Not too chewy. My husband likes the Kotteri Tonkotsu w/ garlic butter. It's a rich broth so if that's your preference this is a must try. The house made pork char siu is externally tender and flavourful. Their soft boiled soyed egg are never over cooked.March 16, 2017
